The staff are always helpful, I was happy. The location is good, it is in the center of the city. My room were nice and neat, I did appreciate this.
My room was outdated with a smell, I don't like it. I was not impressed with the food, there are bits missing that were listed in the menu.

The buffet breakfast had great variety. Everything tasted fresh. room service was also great and decently priced! the bathroom had amazing toiletries. I especially liked the body wash!
